What we do

Home>About Us>What we do

In a country where corruption thrives, more than 30 years ago, Paul said as a matter of deep conviction that if care was not taken, Nigeria will be ruined by corruption. His life ambition is to help and die for the poor.

It started as a deep concern and passion by the founder Paul Erinne to make the society better than he met it. Paul is a chip of the old block as helping the poor and needy improve their stations in life runs natural and deeply unhindered in his family. Having lost his father early in his life, Paul himself knows that a helping hand, a little smile and an encouraging nod can make a whole world of difference in the life of a person determined to win the battle against want. He is the second of three male children that were brought up singlehandedly by their hardworking mother Madam D. E Erinne, who combined an illustrious career in the education sector with the challenge of helping her children stand on their feet, in order to become successful in life. Her other children, Paul’s siblings - John, the first son, is a Chemical Engineer in the Oil & Gas Industry and Samuel the last, is a medical doctor based in the United States of America. Their late mother was a great source of inspiration to her numerous students and especially to her children, who doted on her immeasurably.

The Paul Erinne Foundation therefore is conceived in line with best global practices not just to lift Nigerians out of poverty but to also improve the quality of life. This commitment has been the driving force in the interventions the Foundation has made in health-care support, in human empowerment, and in human capital development across many cities in Nigeria. The Foundation is guided by the philosophy that developing men and women should come first, before developing cities. In all modesty, indigenes of Enugu, Kogi, Anambra, Imo, Abia, Ebonyi, Lagos, Ondo and Taraba states have benefitted from the largess of Paul and the Foundation.
